At Williams Medical, testing and calibration of equipment is carried out in the field by manufacturer-trained technicians. We make thousands of visits to customers every year, and pledge that those visits will not be intrusive or disruptive.
To address the decrease in available budgets for new equipment, we've invested heavily in a dedicated repair facility at our head office.
Our technicians have been trained by the leading manufacturers and can repair, calibrate and service your medical equipment at our comprehensively equipped workshops. To minimise downtime at your practice, we can even send out a loan unit for use while yours is with us for repair (subject to availability).

We offer Peace of Mind Packages on Micro Medical Spirometers, Printernoxes, MicroRPMs, Calibration Syringes and CO Monitors.
These cover all repairs, parts and labour for 12 months and annual calibration/service with discounts offered if more than one item is covered.
Once we've had your unit in for its FULL service at our Approved Service Centre, we will contact you every year when it's due for its annual service ensuring it continues to perform as intended.
